Re: Comp at Sale August 16

Hi Paul

I will be staying at Nicks house (Doncaster) on Saturday night, we will be leaving at about 6:30 am, I think it's only us three now so we should just take one car and share the petrol costs what do you think??

Re: Wales International results

Keep at it fella, 237m is not too shabby  well done!!!

Remember the secret to big distance is to cast like a dumb ass  switch off your brain and just have fun. Although casting in line next to the Big fella would be enough to un nerve anyone I think

good luck

Re: Another video

In both casts your obviously protecting your chest, it's closed leaving your shoulder open, as is your way because you are strong, the problem I see with it, keeping in mind your long term injury, is it's a rugby hit, lots of chest, an upright wall of pure Horizon Hunter. It's a tendon stressing mec...

Re: video of casting on 26th in N.S.W

The 50/50 was the first real tourney rod I bought, I hit some great distances but as I developed my style further and further and bending it deeper i got to the stage where I was bending it deeper than Scott but not getting the distance he was. Why? The body mechanics! My hit is late and fast to do ...

Re: video of casting on 26th in N.S.W

looks really good, nice speed to the hit and you get the rod well up before the hit, try drifting the back swing higher and higher and you'll turn that 50/50 into a pretzel

Garry has it goin on as well  , nice hit!

So long as we steer clear of the well used and abused green and gold i think things are moving in the right direction. How ever I'm still at odds with the cursive type font and much prefered the original design.

Re: Form slump

Try to get your start time down to at least 8 seconds, any more than that and you are riding the razors edge and it wont give you more distance, because if it's fluffing you loose a lot more meters than you gain for spewing out more line.
