Re: BASS ELECTRIC WINNERS ON AFC

That isnt a double standard, that is a totally different format. No different to the v8 super cars being pissed off they cant go against a formula one. Mate, Hobie pay the bills, they decide who can fish what. In the bass electrics, the ABT pay the bills, they have decided that yaks can fish the bas...

Re: BASS ELECTRIC WINNERS ON AFC

Maybe the electric fisho's should be aloud to fish the kayak events as they are aloud to fish in the electric???? Mate, get over it. Buy a yak and knock yourself out. We fish the bass electrics, we are allowed too, we dont cheat, we get abused every comp, we had 3 yak winners last year, I am so ove...

So am I getting the right info that the Gamma rounds wont include yaks this year? So no Clarence or tweed? That will be a real shame.

Re: Bass Electric Elite Series

great idea jesper, especially when you have to do it individually to minimise the possibility of cheating/sharing bass which is due to bigger prizes. only thing is theres kayak comps around so it should be for eleccy motor powered boats. What is it you blokes have against kayakers??? Please tell me...

Re: Prefishing bass electrics

Ian I dont mind either way. I am soneone who never pre-fishes a comp as I am a firm beleiver in the fish you catch on Friday you wont catch again on Sunday. I guess the biggest issue I have is policing the ban. I fish a kayak bream comp called the KFT. It recently introduced a 1 week prefish ban. It...

Bass electric winning yak for sale (cheap)

Houston we have a problem. I manage to sell my Mantra Palani a month ago drove it to Lennox Head and now the new owner has a sore back and can’t use it anymore. So his loss is your gain. This yak has won a bass electric comp and had 3 top 7 finishes at the KFT. There is plenty of Mojo to be seen her...

Re: Bass rules livewell clarification needed

If a kayaker like me can deal with a 60L livewell, then a boat sure as heck can. A huge thanks has to extend to Ian for the effort he put in at Clarrie and to Tony Payne, those two blokes who were disqualified clearly had no clue what the bass electrics rules were. They seemed ok with that and I don...

Re: Bass rules livewell clarification needed

Simon clarified the rules 2 years ago. Minimum size is 60L no exceptions.

by Simon Goldsmith » Thu Jun 10, 2010 9:03 pm

Here's what i'll do Ian, 60 litres minimum capacity for all boats, no exceptions. No judgement of discretion to be made. End of story.

Re: Livewell Inspections at Lake MacDonald

I will be watching this with interest Ian. Will you be measuring internal diameters on the wells, especially on the inbuilt wells? It is easy for me as my esky says 60L on the side of it, but many internals don't. Seems like the only real way you can check isnt it especially as the owners of two boa...
