We used some of the early interline rods several years ago in Windamere, nice rods, just had trouble with weed getting deposited in the top of the rod after being pulled in from the leader knot. But to be fair, I do believe "windamere" is an ancient aboriginal word for "Furken weed!"

I am told the new interline rods will available (in 2 price points) in the next couple of weeks. Daiwa claims that in tests carried out the braid/knot situation is all sorted. And of course no line overruns in guides! Should be an interesting range. Cheers Paul.

Even though with the collapse of the Aussie dollar everthing seems to be going up on a daily basis, Shake N Bakes and El Diablos will remain $10ea or 6 for $50, 13 for $100 etc that's cause they are made right here in Oz.
