Re: Gamma Series 1st round

To the GTS organisors,

You have 2 clashes with the Squidgy Southern bream series next year on the Basin and Lake Mac dates. As the SSBS calendar has been posted for a couple of months now would you consider changing?

Question on rules relating to lures

Hi Guys,

I did some searching but could not find anything relating to the use of Sabiki styles jigs for bream. Ie these could potentially have 3 or 4 or 5 lures tied off to the one line. Would this be legal under ABT rules? Cheers Glenn

Re: Daiwa Aus Open Sydney Waterway Maps

Hey Marcel,

Is there any chance you can post the Marina Map for Sydney harbour? From memory we are allowed to fish the outer edges but we cannot enter inside and fish them?

Hey Marcel,

Is there any chance you can also post the Marina Map? From memory it is ok to fish the outer edges but you cannot go within the marinas?

Re: Your Top 5 Bream Hall Of Fame

Mate all these blokes are still going around! Yeah they are good but surely a pre requisite is thay you have already tied your last tournament leader. I think the likes of Starlo, Buschy and Miller rate a mention.

Re: Teams partner.

Dan, you might want to go to the basin lure and fly forums and put a post up there to. These guys are running the squidgy series.

Re: BREAM Australia Open 2010- Entry Form Now Available

Hey Simon,

Do you need to be a member of the ABT to fish the AUS open? Also is it a classic GF qualifier? My apologies if this has been asked previously.

Re: NSW Berkley Summer Series

Hey Mango,

Thanks for the quick response.

The Basin has been firing that is awesome news. Any chance you can confirm if all the rounds will be qualifiers for the ABT Classic Grand Final?

Cheers

NSW Berkley Summer Series

Hi Mango and Scotty,

It was this time last year you announced the dates for the Berkley NSW summer series. Is it happening this year? Do you have a date for the dates?

Cheers

Sussex Inlet bream classic - correct date

Hi All,

Can someone please update the date of the Sussex Inlet Bream Classic. It is listed as 28/29 June 2008, this is incorrect. The correct dates are 5/6 July 2008.

Here is the official website:-

Hey Crusty, You have got to have a crack at a barra whilst in Cairns. You cannot go past Jason Swan as your guide. Here is his website http://www.lurecharters.com.au/charterinfo.htm I went out with him back in Feb an he is the best. I have previously used him when he guided on Lake Proserpine with L...

Hey Flitty,

I have the same reel in 2500 and 2 x 1000's. I use the 2500 as my jewie spin outfit matched with a 7'6 finesse bream rackraider. I know the name says finess bream but it can handle derious jewies and big flatties. I have 10lb fireline on the reel and it goes great.

Emarcos, Mate i have bought probably a dozen reels on ebay and agree with the earlier posts about checking feedback. Like eBay this site is also trolled by a lot of tackle shop owners / wholesalers etc and of course they are going to tell the bad stuff. You take that risk with anything you buy on eb...

Help! - Live well for a Quinne Hornet 435 (not the trophy)

I am looking for a live well to fish bream comps, any suggestions firstly on where I should put ?

I want to by a full kit with tank and pumps etc but all I can seem to find is live "bait" tanks which are not big enough, I was looking for around the 70lt mark?

Any suggestions?
