Reels have shallow spools, but if you wish, can sell with sol spools which will increase drag pressure and line capacity. Cheers

Re: Mercury GC BREAM Super Series- Re-schedule Idea

Love it. We'll miss the BIBS though... What about letting 15 or 20 boaters through to the third day, but only allowing the top ten bags to be weighed in on stage. Have some scales at the ramp or something... Just have to pretend to be surprised on stage when your bag weight comes up! Just a thought....

Re: New Measuring System for BREAM Events

We need a consistent way of measuring the length of a fish from the nose end... Depends on who measures the fish as to how long it is, which leaves us not knowing whether our fish will be deemed legal or not when we bring it up to the weigh in. Ive had fish pushed so far up the ruler the end of the ...

Re: New Measuring System for BREAM Events

Re: Vale John Meiers

Just saw on the news tonight,
I saw John only a couple of weeks ago at the QLD Open. Fantastic guy, one of the most genuine guys you'd ever meet.
Terrible news.
RIP

Just my opinion, but tournaments constantly throw in challenges, and thats part of what makes these events interesting. If its safe to run, it should be run.
