G'day Craig,

The rivers of the east coast hold some wonders dont they. Here is a close cousin of the Mary cod, it is a Richmond river cod caught last Sunday in the Yak. As you said, best to get in the water with it. Once they are landed they will stay quiet if cradled under the body and a quick lift for a pic is easy.

Beautiful fish out of some beautiful country. Fishing places like this really is just great.

Nope - didn't get payed a cent as client reckoned there were no fish to catch where I took him???? :shock:
(did earn me a few hugs though) :P

Makes it tough when you've outlayed the big dollars for a custom built fishing rig like the one I took him in :cry:
