Kayak events rules query

Post by flairj » Mon Jan 19, 2009 2:26 pm

Just looking for a bit of clarification on what could be a "grey area"

I have a few spots in mind that are accesable to all other kayak competitors in the field. Can I fish them?

Thanks, Josh

You can give us a call in the office if you like Josh. If for instance the Gold Coast then similar rules will be in place as per the BREAM series, no fishing areas apply and if asked to leave an area then must do so.

That answer will do me fine.

They are not "no fishing" areas and I've never been asked to leave. just to be clear, I'm not thinking of marinas.
