Humminbird Software Updates - Downimaging!

Howdy all,

For those of you with a side imageing sounder from Humminbird the new software updates for the ripper DOWN IMAGING have just been released.

You will need to register your unit:

http://www.humminbird.com/support/ProductRegistration.aspx

Just follow the instructions and Bob's your Mum's brother!

And for those of us with the 797 side imager that wasn't going to be down imaging compatible Humminbird have just solved the issue and now we are good to go!

Just download and play - some of the new colour pallets look pretty flash too.

I'm still getting used to mine but very impressed so far, particularly being able to compare the Down Imaging and 2D views side by side.

I am looking at purchasing one of the 900 serious with side Imaging
Just after some opions of these units, more on the side imaging and weather it works and to what degree
