PRE FISH BAN FOR BASS ELECTRIC FINAL

How about a trial pre-fish ban at this years convention? Maybe make Friday a look around day only with no rods in boat, which will still allow anglers to locate fish on sounders but reduce some of the pressure on the fish.

The other option is to throw lures without hooks. I am sure you will know if you are throwing the right lure or not.

A prefish ban or 'no fishing' day will make things very difficult for anglers who havent been to the dam before or who havent been there recently with the new water level and rise. For many locals, it will still be like fishing a new waterway.

As Brad has mentioned, there is a way around stinging too many fish, while finding fish at the same time. Hopefully many anglers will take this on board and not hurt the fishing for the comp days. There are no prizes for winning prefish!

Here is hoping anglers dont smack fish prefish day, but I think a no fishing day will make things very difficult for a lot of anglers who havent had the time to prefish the dam for months prior.

Cheers,
Matt

There isn't a prefish ban, and there isn't going to be one.
