Daiwa Hobie Kayak Bass Series R1 Tallowa Dam - ROLL CALL

Post by GregLewis » Thu Dec 19, 2013 9:45 am

2014 is now just around the corner, and with that comes the start of the third season of the Daiwa Hobie Kayak Bass Series.
After the success of last years Bass Series, we have put together a calendar that will be sure to attract anglers to the exciting and competitive side of Bass fishing, with events to be run in New South Wales, Queensland, and for the first time Victoria.

The venue for the opening round of this series is one that many have hoped for - the legendary South Coast fishery that is Tallowa Dam, and will take place on 12th January 2014.
Located on the Shoalhaven River 45km west of Nowra, Tallowa Dam presents options ranging from targeting the deep water, to tackling fish holed up in the heavily timbered banks, and as such it has a wide range of appeal to bass anglers who are keen to hone their preferred style of fishing or indeed try out new techniques.

Pre-entry for this event is just $50 (via http://www.australianbass.com.au), or $90 on the day.
We are pleased to announce that for the second year running, we have waived the requirement for competitors to be affiliated with the ABT for all four of the Qualifying Rounds.
ABT membership will only be required for the lucky anglers who compete in the end of season Grand Final Event.

Lets get the first Roll Call of the year underway - we look forward to seeing you there!
