Delay in Membership Kits

Post by Steve Morgan » Thu Feb 02, 2012 9:16 am

ABT Members,

Today is the day that we usually start sending out membership kits for new and renewing 2012 members, as all ABT Memberships expire on Feb 1.

Typically this kit contains the previous season's AFC DVD for your collection.

With AFC skipping a season and Season 8 recently completed, we're currently waiting for the duplication of DVDs to be completed. On current timelines, it looks like this will be in the third full week of February. I've made the decision to hold the sending of the Membership Postpacks until these DVDs arrive for inclusion. Sending them separately is too costly labour- and postage-wise.

I apologise for this, but the upside is that now, you're getting a DVD that is only weeks after the final episode rather than over a year after it.

Note:

• If you're sent in a Membership or renewal, you can still enter any ABT events right now. We have your name and details on the database.
• The kit contains all of the usual goodies - a schmick DAIWA hat, badges (new members), DVD, sponsors' brochures etc.

Cheers,

Steve Morgan

Greg,

Don't really understands what you're saying here, but you get the packs once you renew/join.

Hi Steve
I thought I faxed through my membership form (new member) last week but just found out that maybe I used the fancy new fax system at work incorrectly.
Should I have received a confirmation of any sort - or can you confirm if it was received? (My card hasn't been billed which got me wondering)
Cheers

GB,

Give the office a call next week and they can check your membership and mailing details and get one to you if it's gone missing.

Hi Guys,
My membership package was waiting for me at the front door when I arrived home from work this afternoon. So stocked.

Adam,

Nope - you can join at any time.

Although each year, all memberships expire on the 1st February after the year's TAG has been mailed.

Membership forms available on www.bream.com.au etc ....

Every single member who had joined or renewed by Easter 2013 had their kits posted by Easter 2013!
