Gav, Super series normally start on a friday and boaters and nonboaters fish like a normal comp fri and sat, the difference is that on sunday the top ten boaters fish a session to determine the winner. So the nonboater winner is determined after the sat weigh in. Non boaters have the opportunity to go out on sunday as an observer with one of the top ten - obviously only ten people get to do this- so you would have to get your name in early.

Guys,

Quick question regarding pre-fish bans. I assume they are still 2 weeks?

Looking at the calendar and hoping to fish the Vic Bream Classic @ Coota on June 13-14.

Also looking to fish the Coota ABT in June 27th-28th.

The difference between the two comps is 13 days ( 12 if doing the prefish on the 26th!!).

So is there a bit of lee-way that can be given here?

Cheers,
Paul

We have arranged the calendar so that the VIC BREAM is on the final prefish weekend for the ABT Qualifier.

This should see some good numbers at both comps.

Please note the change of the Taree event to Jan 24-25 due to a Powerboat race on the same weekend and for obvious reasons we didn't get council approval and have had to change dates.

Guys,

Sorry if you misunderstood the post.

These are an announcement of dates, not an agenda for a 2000-member committee.

The only date changes are if we are refused permission, as in the Taree example.

I'm surprised no one has asked already.........is there going to be a price increase for entry fees or is this still under review. :?:

I agree with Leroy, great to see a calendar already, certainly gives plenty of time to think about what events to fish next year.
Cheers

... released when the entry forms are released.

I reckon that we've already saved any increases with the drop in oil price.
