Hookless Prefish at Boondooma

Post by BJ » Sun Apr 05, 2009 6:48 am

Just a suggestion. Can all those who are prefishing Boondooma (Or any of the other Bass Pro events for that matter) on the friday before the comp consider using hookless lures. Back the drag right off and let the fish take the lure. You will definately get an idea if it would have been a hook up. That way the fish aren't stung and shut down for the actual comp, a problem that seems to exist for a lot of comps. The switched on tournament anglers have been doing this for a long time with great success.

You might want to tell the easter croud not to take some home while your at it. Thats like my wife not eating the chocolate in the fridge. Doesnt matter what you say the choco fairys still take it away.
Best of luck with that one.
